Hillsboro School District students’ educational experiences are enriched and strengthened through strong partnerships with local businesses, city and county agencies and non-profit organizations that provide grants, in-kind donations, mentoring, career experiences, and volunteer support to our schools, programs, teachers and students throughout the school year.

The number and magnitude of partnerships and volunteer support is continually increasing and expanding opportunities for mutually beneficial partnerships. Through service learning projects, Hillsboro students experience the value of giving back to the community. From planting flowers in front of the Hillsboro Civic Center to providing donations to the Oregon Food Bank, students are actively initiating and completing projects that support a healthy, attractive thriving community for residents and businesses.
