Here’s the who, what, where, when, why, and how for the Century High School Booster Club:
Who
Parents and the principal, Ted Zehr.
What
Once a month meetings, for an hour on a Wednesday evening. Principal Ted Zehr attends and we hear first-hand what’s going on at Century. We get reports on what’s happening in and around the school and the District; updates on CHS Athletics; and updates on all CHS Activities. It is an informal yet excellent opportunity to get to know the principal and other key Century staff, and to keep your finger on the pulse of Century happenings!
Where
In the Century HS Media Center (library, upstairs).
When
The second Wednesday of each month (no meeting in December or June). 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. The first meeting for the 2008 – 2009 school year will be Wednesday, September 10th.
Why
The Boosters promote school spirit with Century clothing/merchandise sales; we grant at least 2 $500 scholarships to graduating seniors each year; we support the Senior Grad Party Committee; Boosters are the voice of the parents providing input and feedback to school Administration.
How
Fill out the Booster Membership form, and/or simply show up to the first or any meeting.
