GUIDELINES FOR SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATIONS
- Meet the criteria and eligibility requirements.
- Meet the deadline date.
- Follow all directions exactly.
- Type the application whenever possible. If you have a choice between completing the application online or hard copy, choose the online application.
- When asking teachers and counselors for recommendations, you are required to give them two weeks notice.
- Supply them with a stamped, addressed envelope. Don't forget to thank them.
- Start your own file; make copies of your recommendations and applications.
