Scope of Work
Please note that project tasks, costs and schedules may fluctuate due to cost of materials and labor, conditions at the site, unforeseen and/or revised scope, and other factors. Projected budget: $12.4 million
- Entry Security
The front office area is being renovated to improve the line of sight to the front door, enhance entry security, streamline access into the building, and better monitor visitors to the school. When completed, all doors will be locked after the start of each school day, and students, parents, and visitors will be directed to the main office where they will need to check in. This is part of the safety and security measures occurring throughout the district. At Century, these measures also include: security cameras, card key access, strobes, and visual warning inside and outside the building
- Turf Field and Lights
This project will install a new multi-use synthetic turf field with lights to replace the existing grass field. Construction began in December 2018 with the objective of completing the groundwork for the turf installation and having the track available for use in spring 2019. View the current site plan.
