Century High School’s Summer 8.5 Program on July 30 – August 9, at Century High School is a great way for your student to get a jump start on skills and academics as your student enters high school. We are excited about offering this academic experience. The program includes three classes: math, AVID strategies for classroom success, and an academic counseling class that focuses on career and college readiness. Your student will also experience Century High School and meet some staff members before attending full time in the Fall. The entire program is free, including the meals and transportation. Please read the invitation letter (English | Spanish), which has more detailed information about the program. The letter includes a sign-up sheet that is due to the Brown Middle School counseling department by Friday, April 20. We are limited to accepting the first sixty applicants, so sign up soon.
