Response Commitment

  • Hillsboro School District administrators and support staff are committed to providing timely, accurate and professional responses to building-based staff, parents, and other District patrons.  Every effort will be made to respond to e-mails and phone calls within one business day* of their receipt.  (*Please note that work order requests generate automatic responses and will be handled as soon as possible based on their urgency level and position in the queue.)
