  • A New Campus Look

    The addition of the modular building, new playground and parent/bus dropoff area has changed the look of the Reedville campus, at least from the outside. Lawn areas are being reseeded, and landscaping has been added in the newly-constructed areas.

  • August 29, 2018 - Delayed Opening

    The start of school is being delayed until September 6 to provide additional time for our contractors to complete the last of their summer projects, clean up and make sure the property is safe for students and staff, and to allow our teachers time to prepare their classrooms.

  • Demolition of Reedville portable "Reedville Renewal"

  • Reedville Portable Demolition


    On May 15, 2018, demolition of the first of three surplus portables took place at Reedville Elementary School. Past their useful lives, the portables were being demolished to make way for a new modular building for Reedville as part of the HSD Bond projects. The action is accelerated to 20 times the actual speed.

  • Reedville Portable Move


    On May 11, 2018, the first of two salvageable portables was moved from Reedville Elementary School. This was the launch of an HSD Bond project to install a new modular building at the school. This portable was moved to and will be reused at North Plains Elementary School; the second to Patterson Elementary School. This video compresses about 1.5 hours of work into a minute, the action is shown at about eight times the actual speed.
