Apply for Meal Benefits

Free meal applications need to be submitted each year, even if you qualified in previous school years. Parents are responsible for any meal charges made prior to an application being processed and approved.
Important: New Expanded Oregon Income Guidelines create more opportunities for families to qualify for free meals. As an example, a family of 4 with a yearly gross income of $83,250 or less will qualify for free meals.
It can take up to 10 days to process an application. Any meal charges accrued prior to approval are not reversible.
How to apply for Meal Benefits:

- Pick up an application at your student's school or the district office: 3083 NE 49th Pl, Hillsboro OR 97124
- Print an application here and mail it to HSD Nutrition Services: 3083 NE 49th Pl #208, Hillsboro OR 97124
