• It is that time of year again to begin serving TRIO students!  For anyone new this year, My name is Melinda Núñez, I am an Educational Advisor for TRIO Talent Search (TS), a federally funded pre-college access program hosted by Portland Community College. TRIO TS serves low income, potential first generation college students in the Hillsboro and Beaverton School Districts in seven target schools one being South Meadows MS.  TRIO TS is an outreach program designed to help educationally underrepresented students who have the potential to be successful in college, to aspire, prepare for, and enroll in the college of their choice.

    Space is still available for 7th and 8th graders to join.  

    First workshop for 8th graders is Oct. 8th 

    First workshop for 7th graders is Oct. 15th
