Free Food Market on 2nd Tuesdays. The Oregon Food Bank Free Food Market offers free, fresh, and healthy fruits, vegetables, and pantry staples to Hillsboro community members on the second Tuesday of every month from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at Hillsboro Self Sufficiency, 5300 NE Elam Young Pkwy.
