Flyer Distribution Request

Hillsboro School District has developed the following guidelines in an effort to define the scope of the limited public forum we intend to create for the purpose of sharing information about educational and extracurricular opportunities for students and/or staff with parents, families, students, and/or staff members. Please read the guidelines completely before submitting a request.


  1. Flyer Requests are reviewed on a weekly basis during the school year.
  2. Requests for immediate response/ turnaround generally cannot be accommodated.
  3. All flyers are reviewed based on the criteria outlined in the District's guidelines.
  4. Prior to submitting a flyer request, please read the guidelines.
  5. All approved flyers are posted on the Community Flyers webpage.
