Outdoor Signage and Banners

Any banners, signs, or other materials not created by the school or its associated parent/community organization, that will be situated on school or district property or affixed to school or district fences, must receive prior approval from both district staff and the building principal. 

Outdoor Signage 
Please send an email to Denise McMillan with the following information:

• Name of organization
• What schools/facilities are to receive the signs
• How long will the signs be displayed
• Include a picture of the signage 

Sponsor Banners
Our schools and student groups greatly appreciate the support of sponsors to help fund needed items for curricular and extracurricular activities. If you are interested in sponsoring a banner at a local school or district-level program, please complete the following application.
