Facilitron Login Steps For HSD Staff

  1. Use the Chrome browser to get online.
  2. Go to the login button on the top right corner of

* Fill out your district email and password and the Google account popup should appear. Log in using your Google account information.

  1. Once logged in, go to the dashboard option of your respective assigned school.

*  If you are logged in properly, it should list the name of the school at the top middle of the page and a have a menu bar on the left side.



  1. Navigate to the calendar tab on the left and you are able to view all events at your school. You can use any of the filters as well as change the calendar views if you prefer a monthly, weekly or day view instead of the rotating 4 week one.
  2. You may submit requests by selecting places in your building. 
  3. The best way to learn this is to play with it! In the Calendar mode use the filters to sort by various locations.
