What is ‘Resource Conservation’?

‘Conservation’ is the prevention of waste and wasteful practices.

‘Resources’ take many forms and are utilized in many ways. Whether in the form of natural resources such as electricity, natural gas, water or in the form of funding, supplies, services, HSD strives to ensure maximum value while minimizing environmental impact.
