If your child has food allergies, or special diet needs and wishes to participate in school meals, please complete the meal accommodations request and return to Nutrition Services central office. All food allergies and special diets should also be reported to the school nurse. Nutrition Services staff may contact the family to receive additional information to help implement reasonable accommodations to the request.
