Friday, September 11, 2026, marks the 25th anniversary of the deadly attacks on our country in 2001. In commemoration, the 911 Day organization has a goal of reaching 1 million good deeds pledged/completed by 9/11. They are also helping to organize a country-wide effort to pack 18 million meals for Americans experiencing food insecurity. Our local event takes place at the Portland Expo Center.
