Elevating Voices in Education Workforce Survey

The 2026 Elevating Voices in Education (EVE) Workforce Survey from the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) is now open. Your voice is essential to help school, district, and state leaders identify and prioritize your needs and allocate resources most effectively. 

What You Need to Know:

  • All members of Oregon’s Public Education Workforce are invited to participate (i.e., licensed, classified, and contract staff who work for a Public Education Provider). 
  • The survey is voluntary, confidential, and anonymous. ODE will not share your individual responses with schools, districts, ESDs, or other public education providers.
  • The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

      • English or Spanish versions of the survey will automatically display if the respective language is the browser's default language. Participants can also select English or Spanish in the language toggle at the top of the survey.

  • The survey window will be open now through March 31, 2026.
  • ODE will provide aggregated and suppressed data to each Public Education Provider for use in improvement planning processes.
