Submit Your Artwork for Hillsboro’s Newest Hometown Tap

Hillsboro Water is inviting local high school students to design artwork for a new Hometown Tap board. Hillsboro will soon begin supplementing its water supply from the Tualatin River with an additional source from the Willamette River, and they’re seeking artwork that creatively showcases this new water source. The winning design will be featured on a Hometown Tap board that will be present at community events from April through October. Submissions due by Tuesday, February 17.

El Departamento de Agua Potable de Hillsboro está invitando a los estudiantes de las escuelas preparatorias de la región a crear un diseño artístico para el póster de un nuevo dispensador de agua potable local. La ciudad de Hillsboro pronto comenzará a complementar su suministro de agua potable actual del Río Tualatin con una fuente adicional del Río Willamette y está solicitando diseños artísticos que muestren creativamente este nuevo recurso. El diseño ganador se exhibirá en el póster de un dispensador de agua potable que estará presente en eventos comunitarios de abril a octubre. Los diseños deben entregarse a más tardar el martes, 17 de febrero.
