Abraham Staffa Hillsboro Online Academy Rotary Student of the Month

Congratulations to Abraham Staffa, Hillsboro Rotary Club Student of the Month from Hillsboro Online Academy. Abraham and HOA principal Shannon Lawson joined the Rotary's weekly meeting to present him with his award certificate. During middle school and during the pandemic, Abraham joined Hillsboro Online Academy so he could set his own schedule and travel, while still accessing the curriculum. This change allowed him to thrive as a student and he soon went on to become a student representative for the Hillsboro School District Board of Directors representing his fellow students. After touring many schools, Abraham is proud to announce he is now a member of the honors college at Boise State University, where he plans to enroll next year. Well done, Abraham!
