Programa de escuela de verano de primariaLa escuela de verano para nuestros estudiantes migrantes comenzará en línea (virtual) el 6 de julio de 2020. Las clases se llevarán a cabo en la mañana de 9AM a 11AM con clases adicionales de 1PM a 2PM.
Los estudiantes invitados al programa habrán recibido una tarjeta postal en el correo y/o una llamada telefónica de su maestro/a.

Migrant Elementary Summer School Program
Elementary Summer School program for our migrant students will begin July 6, 2020 online. Classes will run in the morning from 9AM - 11AM with additional classes from 1PM to 2PM.
Students invited to the program will have received a postcard in the mail and/or a phone call from their teacher.

Secondary Summer School programs for our migrant students will begin July 6, 2020.

8.5 Bridge Summer Program / Programa "Verano 8.5"

All Hillsboro high schools will host an 8.5 Bridge Summer School Program for incoming ninth-graders which will focus on skill development, math and career/college readiness. The program will run Monday-Thursday: 7/30-8/2, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students who attend will earn 0.25 elective credit. Breakfast, lunch and transportation will be provided.
Deadline to register for the Summer 8.5 program is Tuesday, June 6.
To sign up, please download or pick up a registration form from your middle school counseling center and return the completed form to your middle school counselor or your high school. Registration is limited to the first 60 students per middle school.

The Migrant and Bilingual Programs will offer summer school options to elementary and secondary students. This program is only for those who have been identified as eligible. There will also be a Spanish Linguistic Immersion Camp 2019 (Campamento de inmersión lingüística en español 2019) for K-6 students enrolled in dual language schools. English Learner (EL) students may also be eligible to attend elementary and secondary summer school. Transportation will be provided for all students.

Liberty Falcon Academy

Falcon Academy is an intensive three week class for students in need of credit recovery. The program is $100.00 and is non-refundable. For students on Free & Reduced Lunch (proof of F&R Lunch required), the cost is $25 and is non-refundable. Spots are limited to 30 students per session and students must have finished their freshmen, sophomore or junior year at Liberty High School. (Availability is tentative based on enrollment.) PLEASE NOTE: There may not be an instructor to help with specific subject matter. Most of the work students will be doing independently.
