  • Teacher Grant Opportunity
    Looking for a new way to make learning engaging for your students? Eligible K-12 teachers may apply to win $1,000 to use toward the purchase of technology equipment for their classroom. To enter, write a brief lesson plan (500-word maximum) that creatively details how you would use the technology of your choice in your classroom to enhance the educational experience and social responsibility in the classroom.   • Summer Agriculture Institute (SAI). DUE: April 3rd, 2020
    The scholarship is a reimbursement of the $600.00 paid for the Institute: OSU Tuition (3 graduate level credits), meals, lodging, transportation, curriculum and resources!

    Application Requirements:

    1. Copy of SAI application form and proof of payment.
    2. Written letter committing to be a guest at a Washington County Farm Bureau meeting during the 2020/21 school year, presenting the lesson plan that was developed during the SAI.
