PEARL Program

  • The Personalized Education and Real Learning program is by placement only.  Serving grades 6-12, the superintendent of schools or designee is the only person that can place a student into the PEARL program through the expulsion process as outlined in the HSD Board Policies.

Harkin's House

  • Harkin's House is a residential placement for pre-adjudicated youth under the age of 18. Students are placed at Harkin's House by Juvenile Department. Students are provided daily instruction by a HSD teacher and a support staff. 

Washington County Jail Education

  • In conjunction with jail staff, a teacher provides individual instruction for GED and diploma-seeking adjudicated youth and adults incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
