2022 - Exterior Painting
Sept. 22, 2022
The final touches are in, adding Hilhi/Spartan graphics and new signage to the fresh, exterior paint. This completes the total transformation of the Hilhi campus, inside and now outside, after years of interior renovations (seismic, HVAC, lighting, furniture upgrades and more) along with exterior improvements (parking lot, landscaping, and painting).

Before exterior painting can begin, some stucco repairs must be made where needed, as determined by our consultant's annual inspection. This ensures against water intrusion into the buildings
Photos 1 and 2: stucco is being patched along the south wall of the auditorium. Crew members mix the base compound to apply along the primed area.
Photos 3 and 4: other areas of repair include stucco around the media center doors and vents on the commons building. There is also a gap along the corner of the commons wall (to the crew member's left) that will be bridged and patched.
