Photo 6: walls in the new ADA restroom are taped and drywall mud applied to prepare for painting and installation of fixtures.
Photos 1 and 2: skirting and ramps have been added to the portables; next are electrical and low-voltage hookups as well as carpeting installation.
Photos 3 and 4: after application of seismic bracing, plywood board is being installed to re-cover the ceilings.
Photos 1 and 2: bracing and reinforcements have been added to the roof the gyms, which will bring the building up to current "safe exit" seismic standards.
Photos 3 and 4: sheetrock is being installed on finished areas.
Photos 1 and 2: seismic upgrades continue in the gyms.
Photo 3: in the basement, temporary structural shoring is in place to provide extra support for the building while work continues.

Photo 3: a new ADA restroom is being constructed on the main floor of the building, just off the entrance from the ADA ramp.
Photos 1-3: work on seismic reinforcements begins in the basement after removal of sheetrock and abatement to expose the ceiling studs.
Photos 1-2: brackets and bracing have been added to seismically reinforce the ceiling of one of the upstairs classrooms.
Photo 3: in the other upstairs classroom, reinforcements also are being added.
Photos 1-3: seismic reinforcement upgrades have started early at the Peter Boscow building, home of Hillsboro Online Academy. In the unoccupied rooms upstairs, brackets and wood bracing are being added to the ceilings.
