COMPLETED
- Security Enhancements
Over summer 2022, the campus installed security upgrades, including cameras and alert/warning systems to further enhance safety and security on the campus. A secure entry vestibule was constructed to limit access into the building and allow staff to better monitor visitors. New fencing and gates were constructed to further enclose the perimeter of the campus.
- Flexible Furniture
Patterson classrooms received flexible furniture (FFE) in summer 2019. Research shows this type of furniture enhances the learning environment and increases student engagement.
- DAS
A distributed antenna system (DAS) ensures that first responders can communicate between themselves throughout all areas of the building. This safety-related project incorporates cable and antennae that boost the radio signals on the first responders' operating frequencies. This project was completed in March 2019.
