Photo 1: the site is ready to be turned over for the building construction in spring 2022.
Photo 2: fencing has been completed around the synthetic turf field area and a concrete walkway has been constructed from the north neighborhood into the campus.
Photo 3: parking lot light bases have been installed and wired in both the staff and visitor/parent parking lots.

Photos 1-2: phase 1 site work is wrapping up in preparation for building construction.
Photos 1-2: utility trenching continues in the area where the building will be sited.
Photo 3: this aerial provides an overhead view of the trenching and installation of catch basins on the building site.
Photos 1-2: these aerial photos show the extent of site work so far. The dropoffs/parking lots have been curbed and paved. Site work in the building area includes addition of base rock and the start of utility trenching.
Photo 3: crew members work in a shored trench to lay storm drain pipe to the catch basin in the parking lot. Shoring keeps the trench walls from collapsing on the workers.

Photos 1-3: the bus and parent dropoffs and parking lots are becoming better defined as light bases and utilities are installed and curb areas are shaping up.

The school building will be located toward Kinnaman Road at the bottom left to center of the photo, with the parent dropoff/parking lot to the right of the building.
Photo 2: posts for the backstop fencing are being added to the perimeter fencing for the synthetic turf field.

The school site is bounded by SE Reed Drive on the west side and SE Kinnaman Street on the south.
