November 13, 2023 - Congratulations Lucy Toll from Hillsboro Online Academy, who is Hillsboro Rotary Student of the Month. Lucy received her award certificate accompanied by her father, Kim Toll, and her teacher, Dee Moore. She has a strong interest in law enforcement and criminal justice, especially forensic science, and would like to be a crime analyst or pathologist, so she can make good use of her observational skills.
