Summer 2019 School Campus Closures
June 17, 2019 - The Hillsboro School District is embarking upon the busiest summer of our 2017 capital construction bond program this week, which means a full campus closure to all non-project staff, students, and community members at several of our schools from June 17 through most of August.
Offices are expected to re-open on Aug. 15 at their buildings, unless otherwise noted.
- Glencoe High
- offices temporarily relocating to Lincoln Street Elementary School (all summer through Aug. 28)
- Hilhi
- offices temporarily relocating to South Meadows Middle School (all summer; end date to be determined)
- Hillsboro Big Picture
- R.A. Brown Middle School
- Evergreen Middle School
- Poynter Middle School
- Brookwood Elementary
- Eastwood Elementary
- office temporarily relocated to District Administration Center on Aug. 15 and 16; back to Eastwood on Aug. 19
- Jackson Elementary (dropoff/parking lot only)
- Ladd Acres Elementary
- Lenox Elementary
- office temporarily in one of the Lenox classrooms Aug. 15 and 16
- Minter Bridge Elementary (building only)
- Mooberry Elementary
- office temporarily relocated to District Administration Center on Aug. 15 and 16; back to Mooberry on Aug. 19
- West Union Elementary
The campus closures are for your safety, so please do not attempt to enter construction sites or go around the fencing that has been put in place.
