Join OEBB’s Brain Break Challenge Oct. 16 to Nov. 13 and find time to relax and destress while building a habit you can use anywhere. 

To take the challenge:

  • If you haven’t already, create a wellness account at
  • Aim to get 3 minutes of any mindful activity for at least 12 days during the event. 
  • Record your progress on the wellness portal in the Challenges tab by Nov. 13, or download the My StayWell app (available in the App store or Google Play) to track on the go!
