New Employee Portal
April 04, 2022 - Our new employee portal, Employee Access, is launching on Friday, Apr. 8. The upgrade is designed to provide a much smoother experience than our current portal, and we are excited to roll this out to staff. 

First, it is important to be sure your address and contact information are up-to-date before logging into the new Employee Access portal for the first time; this will ensure you can login successfully. 

Please take a moment and login to the Infinite Visions portal and verify your personal information. If you are unsure how to do this, this video will guide you through the steps. Please note: The start date mentioned at the beginning of this video has been adjusted to April 8. 

Linked here is a look at your first steps for a one-time registration login. You will be asked to provide the following information:

  • Work email address
  • Last four digits of your SSN
  • Birthdate
  • Your zip code

These pieces of information must match what you have on file with the District when you login to Employee Access for the first time. This is why everyone is encouraged to verify and update their personal information ahead of time. After your first login, you will only need your District credentials for future access.
