Affinity Group for BIPOC Staff

This professional organization is supported by the Hillsboro School District in its commitment to diversifying the workforce through recruitment and retention of staff of color. Research shows that educators from diverse racial/ethnic backgrounds have a key impact on the academic and behavioral outcomes of BIPOC students.  This group will support our educators in their professional growth and encourage them to be the best teachers they can be for ALL of our students!
