Claims March 31st and before—whether approved or pending—will continue to be managed by The Standard Insurance.

Starting April 1st.- All new State/Federal Protected leave requests will be administered through onedigitial absence management services.  

 

We are pleased to share that we have recently partnered with OneDigital to administer these requests. A designated Leave Management Specialist from OneDigital will serve as your primary point of contact and will provide regular updates to our Human Resources and Benefits team. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask that you communicate directly with OneDigital throughout your State/Federal Leave at HSDLOA@onedigital.com.

For any requests NOT RELATING to a State/Federal Leave Program, please reach out to an HSD Human Resource member.
