Contracts/Salary Schedules

Employment contracts are negotiated between the District and two unions: Hillsboro Classified United (classified staff) and Hillsboro Education Association (licensed staff). Two other staff types, supervisory-technical and administrative, are not represented by unions.
The terms of their employment are therefore determined annually on a 'meet and confer' basis.
